How many consecutive uses can I have with the lil SOLID Ez?
You can use the device up to 3 times in a row, without waiting. After 3 consecutive uses (during 18 minutes) the device will cool down automatically. You will need to wait 3.5 minutes to use the next Fiit tobacco stick.

How do I check if the lil SOLID Ez is charged?
To check the battery level, gently press the button or plug the device into an outlet with an original adapter and cable. The color of the LED light will indicate its battery level.

While the device is charging, the light will flash and its color will indicate the charge level.

When the device is fully charged, the light will turn solid blue. If the light is flashing blue, the battery level is between 100-75%.

If it is flashing light blue, the level is between 75-35% - you still have some time.

If it is flashing orange, the battery level is between 35-1% and you should charge.

If the device light flashes red, the battery is low and needs to be charged.

Although the lil SOLID Ez does not require a full charge to operate, we recommend that you fully charge it before first use.

How do I clean my lil SOLID Ez?
It is important to keep your device clean, free from smoke, dust and other foreign matter. Remember to close the lid after each use. To ensure the best experience, we recommend cleaning your lil SOLID Ez after every 20 uses. Cleaning can be done in three ways: with the cleaning tool included in the box, with heat or with the Cleaner Pro cleaning tool sold separately.

Cleaning with the cleaning tool included in the device package: To use the debris scraper, open the tool from the side where you will find the circular mark. To use the cleaning brush, open the tool from the side where you will find the multiple dots mark. ""Remove the lid of the device, after making sure it has cooled down. Place the scraper inside the device and rotate it to clean the tip. Then, place the brush inside and rotate it to complete the cleaning.
